There has been a war going on for quite some time now, Divinitus vs CCC, and CCC vs. MA, yea, those have pretty much died down for now......
Anyway, welcome to the DnL guilds! I am glad to see another sucessful Dark guild open, Not quite as powerful or evil as us, but Dark nonetheless.

i know.. divinious had a burst... and got 15 or so members then stoped gaining

CCC on average gains a memeber or 2 a week.. right now 30 members...

i really dont know about SOF's goals or anything or how they structure themselves

I am proud of CCC because i see a small nation forming before my eyes

When I joined this 'Organization' I didn't realise how big it was compared to other guilds.
I joined because it is structured and has a good activity level, Lots of interaction with other guilds too.
I presumed most of the guilds had around the same number of people. I was quite wrong obviously.

What actually happened to the Divinitus Guild? Was it just that the members weren't active enough to make it work?
I've only managed to read through some of their threads so far.
Their leader seemed very determined. Shame he's a Light Paladin. lol

hehe, all light can be converted into dark, SoF has 2 ex-light characters with us now, Terevinancu and Seton.

I think Divinitus will come back later on, right now there is too much dark for them to handle i think ;)

But I thought that a major surgence in the Dark would create unrest in the Light... And have a Positive effect on them. e.g. them grouping together and forming alliances to drive back the Dark threat? I didn't think it would make them weaker...
(Not that that will happen. They can have a go though. Fun Fun Fun)

If the Dark is too strong now, when are they gonna come back? When we're stronger?
And it's even harder for them to compete and get as many members as us? Somethings wrong there.

Good to see MA is gettin members though.

Real life situation. A group of lads tryin to start somethin, me on my lonesome. They feel tough. My mates show up. (I'm the second tallest at 6'5", the shortest is 6') It becomes even numbers. They decide to disappear quite quickly. nevermind. Doesn't make sense.
There must be a moral in there somewhere....
Oh yeah. Don't pi$$ off a bunch of Metallers. Especially when 2 of em are my mates Luke and Swanny.

Pistol, i think it's partly as you say, Dark grows strong and shatters the light, however, before the light gets together and drivec back the dark the dark pick up the light pieces and converts them into dark, thereforth dark grows even more stronger and this repeats until light totally dissapears. However there will always be might warriors of light (like Antaean) who will resist us, and sometimes one man CAN be stronger than 10 others ;)

Besides, if i got it right Antaean just didn't have time for the clan and thereforth he shattered it (correct me if im wrong Antaean)

Yes, sometimes one man can be stronger than ten , and Antean is possibly that kind of man, but no man can take on an army alone. It would be suicide. I don't really believe in Martyrs unless they actually manage to do something worth dying for. Not much falls into that category for me!
Hopefully during his wandering he may meet other like minded warriors and form a new clan, or nomadic group, or something. And bring to us a good battle.

On the subject of his leaving/disbanding: I think thats pretty much what it says on his threads. that and a slight lack of activity from some of his members. just a few, not all.

LOL. nice. But I think he may have just been blinded by the Light. It took hold of him and warped his mind until he coule no longer see anything else. Thats all. We can see clearer because we can see in the Dark.
We see through the dark and into the future.

Hmm well I personally want more people in the Light side, as it is totally unfair.

Also bear this in mind guys. You think the devs will want 85% of the testers Dark an 15% light? No chance

it will be 50/50, which means if you are light then you will probably have more chance of testing beta at the moment... :\
