Its IRC, if you want it easier, download mIRC www.mirc.com, install it, and then launch mIRC. click on Add (to add a new server) choose a (random) description and take as IRC server irc.epiknet.org, dont change anything else, just click on ok, fill in a nickname (and email and real name if u want to) and click on connect.

when you connected, go to the server window, and type in: /join #darkandlight
