The purpose "RoG" is the achievement of the greatest influence in the world DnL. The alignment "RoG" is dark
It is first and while unique Russian guild in DnL, but it does not mean, that in this guild the Russian players are accepted only. If you want to enter in "RoG", simply submit the application and your application will be necessarily considered.
At your application there should be answers to the following questions:
1. Why you want to enter in "RoG"?
2. You consist in other guild? If consist, why have left guild?
