SoF DnL Motto

Anyone have a good idea for a new motto for SoF in DnL (remember, we are Dark)

It would be fun if we could keep the layout of the previous one, so something like: "It's the ____ that makes it ____"

so something like: It's the Darkness that makes us strong

any ideas?

Still thinking but i like this sentence, it has a fantasy touch and it has something to do with dark...

Maybe this is more useful as a quote on the SoF DnL site but i like it...

I like the idea of havin a dark envish society, but you prolly all got that :s

I think we should keep "the money makes it real" :) it simply sais that the ones that pays us most are our allies. It doesn't neccesarily mean we have to be light if the light side pays us best, it would simply mean that we fight for the light, but we fight "dark style" ;)

Same thing with dark guys, if the dark side pays us most then we fight for them "dark style".

Or maby we could use the old "veni vidi vici" (i've never translated it to english befre but i think it would mean something like "i came, i saw, i succeded". In swedish it means "jag kom, jag såg, jag segrade")

A suggestion from a unclear mind:

"It´s the(your) fear that makes us(it) real" - Sorta like the monsters under your bed becomes real when you fear them. Fear is a potent force. May they hate or love us, only if they fear us.

DJ´s poem wasn´t that bad either, although I belive it´s better suited for some other purpose than a slogan.

And Leafren´s idea about an elvish slogan is a bit too, well, specialized. Then we will have to decide if we are all going to play elves. Oh, and Leafren, wicked avatar picture you got there!

Hmm... it needs to be deeper... we have to make them stop and think about our motto a while and Darkness brings us power is a bit shallow... at least thats my opinion...

And an elvish society, so far i think everybody is gonne be an elf so why not...
We could be like the drow...

It's written in elvish and means "Light left as we came" (did it myself, very proud :hallucine: )

White, "beautiful tounge of elvish" hrm, i only learned it because i want to insult the woodelves on their own language before i kill em... ok that was a bit too evil... But it's always good to learn your enemys language you know ;)
