i got a few questions about the positions in our guild. 1. can ppl become head of a certain thing an example is forging and mining or fighting. Because if you do have these things i would like to be the head miner/forger because thats were you will mostly find me unless im defending our kingdom or helping another in our guild

Also when we go to war for our guild to defend or attack another will the players get shares if we attack another area eg. get this area of land build a farm etc and if so will this differ by status/reliability/what you've done for the guild
well to the first question
yes there will be heads of different things
and all those that go under the heads will go under them
((the reordering of members will happen whenever the new website gets working))
to that paticular head, sure... probly end up being called agricultural or something
To the second question
Spoils of war:
Depends mainly on the scale of the battle
There is a tithe to the guild itself (something like 10-30% to be determaned later)
then the spoils are split up acording to whoever leads the attack
((note: this is for things like money, items, ect.))
LAND itself doesnt work like that. Every fortress/castle that is captured is given to the guild. As for like.. u want to build a farm...... thats different thats governing the land (whoever owns it) Not exactly sure how this will work.. but more likely then not.. whoever leads the attack will get the land... which then will either be given to a specific "individual" could be someone who did well in battle, someone who deserves it, could be given to a highup member, more likely given to the person who leads the attack.
While they govern the land the land is still concidered owned by CCC

I would just like to add one thing to that, To those with a higher ranking, more responsibility comes, so if you don't want more, turn down a promotion. Once ingame, we will decide how much and which responsibility goes where.
