We seek those whose devotion to Ysatis, the bountiful maiden, first born of Gothar, matches our own. It is the duty of every follower of the goddess to nuture the life she has created and encourage its plentitude. We must also defend the natural cycle of birth, life, death, and rebirth as ordained by Ysatis. Normally we only take life to defend another life deemed more worthy of the goddess. However, as necromancy disrupts the cycle of life as ordained by the goddess, in that it prevents rebirth through unnatural enslavement of the spirit or soul, it is considered the most dire heresy. Those who practice necromancy must be stopped by any means possible, even if it means ending their current life cycle prematurely.
May the bountiful maiden's blessings be upon thee.

The Servants of Ysatis is a Light faction roleplaying guild based upon a religious order dedicated to Ysatis, the goddess of life and fertility. Members must be serious roleplayers whose actions will be guided by guild and game lore regarding the faith of Ysatis.

May you walk well, friend Sarramark, on your righteous journey. But a simple warning, comrade, that you should not over step your bounds. While life and it's essence is truly precious, and necromancy perhaps plays with forces that would be better left alone, there is no practice that is ill-used when dealing with the darkened side of this land. Remember this, judge not those with honor in their hearts, be weary whose toes may come under your boots, and you will be fine. Just fine.

This land is laden with conflict, if you find enemies on both sides of the war you are bound to be unable to continue your fight for as long as you may have otherwise. And that truly would be a shame.

Find your peace, brother.

Though you spoke eloquently Arqitt of creating enemies on both sides of the line. I can’t help but wonder which side of that line you draw your blade? As I look at necromancy I see nothing fertile…nothing nurturing life. I see what must be considered dark arts, dark powers, what must be considered dark path. As for myself, when I draw my blade with thee Sarramark! I relish the day I can put a stop to necromancy and it’s dark path!

Hail to all servants of life. I thereby swear fealty to the Servants of Ysatis. May my life be a shining beacon of light in the darkness of Ganareth. May the spark of my being bring forth greatness to the Godess, of all living beings.
