Wrath (http://www.wrathdnl.com)
Beliefs
Wrath is a Light guild of Ganareth.
We value honor, unity, and military supremacy above all else.
We believe that in order to achieve our goals the guild must work as a team under strong leadership.
We offer a strong, united, helping hand to all our members to advance them through their classes and professions, as well as protection from those that would do our members harm.
The greater good of the guild must remain a priority of all its members to insure success.
No sacrifice. No compromise. This is the way of Wrath.
Structure
Wrath's internal structure is based loosely on a classical hierarchy, but with some key differences. The guild will have 4 tiers, or ranks. At the highest tier is the High Council. The High Council is composed of 5 founding members, all with delegated leadership responsibilities, who vote on all important guild decisions. At the next tier are the Elders. Elders are a group of founding members who carry a great deal of weight and influence on any decision the High Council makes. With this power comes great responsibility, which the Elders must continually prove themselves worthy of to maintain their status. Occasionally guild matters may be voted on by both the High Council and the Elders. Underneath the Elders, at the third tier of the guild’s structure, are the Members. Members are players that have proven themselves to be a valuable part of Wrath after a trial-period, but they do not bear the responsibilities of Elders. It is possible that, after a long period of loyal service, a Member may be promoted to Elder. This promotion will be voted on by Elders and the High Council. The 4th and final tier is comprised of Recruits. Recruits are potential candidates for membership, but have not yet reached the status of Member. All Recruits must be sponsored by an Elder or a High Council member. Once they receive sponsorship, they are given a trial-period in which to prove themselves. Immediately following the trial-period, the founding members vote on whether or not to promote the Recruit to Member.
(Note: 'Members' and 'Recruits' are working titles and will soon be replaced)
Rules
Guild Rules are posted on the Members forum. Upon recruitment potential candidates will be directed to this thread so that they may read and understand these rules prior to joining.
