hi there, just decided to post that my guild has finally started its formation.

The Vagrant Few is an RP guild, based arround a theme of a band of wafarers and vagabonds. We are aiming to be a tight knit group of RPers who are Light side orientated.

just another small note i forgot to mention in the orrigianl thread, we have a core group of Australian players, though we are open to applicants regardless of country

So I guess this means you don't aim to hold fortresses. Sounds like you have an interesting concept. I am looking forward to learning more about it on your web site.

The concept is different and that's partly why I like it. Should make for good RP and a lot of fun :)

aye, most people seem to want to settle in an area and just live a life that is static, but because this game offers such a huge world, i feel that the option to live a mroe nomadic lifestyle is possible, i mean sure we will get involved in different local communities as we pass through, but once we tire of the place, or hear rumors of greater exploits to be had elswhere we can pack up our belongings and move off again

When mob migration is implemented it will become even more viable. Tracking creatures with good hides or potential beasts of burden. Hunting down tasty little Fairies :whistle:

aye migration might just mean some crafters will hire our services while we are in the neighbourhood to get them those special ingredients theyve been after :)

Sounds like fun. I'll be looking for a fairly mature group of people in my timezone once the game launches ;)
(with DST I'll be a few hours in front of you guys -gives me time to cook dinner and stuff :p)
