I wanted to start a Guild that would focus on being arms for hire. It's a Light sided Guild, so If anyone on the Light side needed help sieging a fortress or defending one they could contact us, and for a certain price we would send a number of memebers to help them. All the money made in this fashion would be distributed evenly between everyone in the Guild.

I'm not exactly sure if this idea would work well so any constructive criticism is welcome.
