Seeking Pioneer only guild

Since there seems to be a lot of hostility these days between pioneers and mere mortals I think its better to stick with group mentality on this one. Can anyone recommend a Pioneer only (or at least pioneer friendly) guild, thanks

I am sure all the larger clans have significant numbers of pioneers. I know we do.
