What are the pros and cons of some of the gods like ysatis and aesir

hmm well, i'm pro aesir, god of the demons, ice nd dexterity, pretty nice 2 me
or otherwise i'll take hell, god of the spirits, strength, power bcuz of lightening. but well, i first wanna c what the profits nd such really are, cuz profit of lightening, what does it do? :)
