Hello ppl, thnx to google which brought me here, so that I learned about the 44000km2 fact of the game, and that’s pretty convincing, so I decided to try this out.
My RPG or this mmorpg experience is pretty much in its primitive stage… only tried DiabloII online… just that got pked without reaching a decent lvl. Sad =(
And that’s why I brought up
Some noob questions hopefully could be answered:
RTS games are having hard times to balance different factions… races…countires…whatsoever called, I guess RPGs would suffer the same thing. Of course RTS is just to “wipe ‘em out”, RPG to me is about to have fun and meet ppl stuff; however they still have an ultimate goal: to advance or to lvl… aren’t they? So… which race and its associated career is the fastest or presumably the fastest?
Having nothing to compare to so I was just thinking about air force: fighters are agile, can’t carry enough payload to attack ground targets. Bombers are pretty good against ground targets, really are toasts vs fighters. And there comes the middle class: attackers or so called fighter/bombers, they have both… but really not good at both.
I imagine that a Troll warrior or some elf wizard should be pretty powerful, although they can’t be powerful in all occasions, but they should rock in certain area or certain aspect of the game. (yes/no?)
I had a feeling that hybrids would have troubles… they sure can fight nearly everywhere… but they won’t be as useful as those extremists… my guess.
What race do you think is the best fitted for noob(new to the game type noob) and require the least time to play( really can’t play everyday)?
Any NDA applied to this forum? Since they are not moderating it at all?
Most important: where in the world is the server? Are they going to set up a North America one?( are Necromancers going to lag a entire screen of ppl out?)
