Well how is everyone else doing? Anyone else getting in (during the times the game is actually up and running :p). lol About all I have got to do is learn to fly, but being able to fly on my dragon is good enough for me for now. :D AFter the game calms down ppl spread out, etc. I will go about learning the rest.

I am mostly training up west of the light starting town killing spiders and crocodiles. I am getting quite a few crashes, especially when it's busy. Whether there are 1 or 31 of you fighting a monster doesn't seem to affect the experience so it's good to attack in a swarm to get max exp gains! I am "Rufus" of course, not sure if the messenger in-game is working but please post here with your character names when you have created them. I also created Brutus a brave and Rosanna a dark elf - just for the hell of it :)

Crashing alot as well..But still having fun..Rufus think i ran into you at crocs :) In center of Island is "Cidd" if your looking for him,aslo south of that area is ahill with lv10-lv13 spiders a few lv29 spiders and Shulls lv7-10 Im going to camp this spot till lv20 then head off Island(if we can) and start to explore the world.

Tarquin is also in and created a character Solerus but I don't think he's actually been able to play yet. I was wondering who Candosius was :p

The game crashes a lot for me but I have explored around a lot and got to level 13 or so. The experience rewards people for ganging as killing a mob solo or participating in a kill both give you full exp reward. This resulted in "Croc valley" and "Spider hill" becoming a seething mass of levelling players. All the mobs seemed to die yesterday so not sure if they're reducing server load or if it was a glitch. The scenery is great, especially when flying, I've flown over quite a large part of the north continent and seen some cool stuff there in between crashes.

I need to get on with levelling as I can't build my fort yet. Also no idea how to create the guild yet!

Man have to be honest haven't been able to get in since this past saturday..and If I did get In I crashed so hopefully thursday will be alot better.Theres a sticky I think Sog Faq that talks about guild creation ect..

Kind of bummed out that first few days had NO trouble at all in game then hit a wall on saturday afternoon..Unless everyone else also hit it then LOL

Hi there, I haven't been around much recently with my exams and then xmas and new year, but now i have got a chance to play SoG. Buuuuut I can only stay on for about 2 minutes before it crashes. Im Solerus, now at level 2 after killing a couple of pigs.

Anyway i have a level 13 Human Paladin called Reyko, and a level 5 Human Magician called Lorie.
The game has been fairly stable for me over the last week, no crashes, except when i quit the game, or the server is suddenly rebooted, i get the DnLG.exe error.
Hope to see more of you in game, and get to know each other.

Not sure where Rufus has been but try to send him a PM...I know he's a busy fellow..Also plz post the times you will be on that will help if one of the other memebrs will be around to team up ect.

Hey cool! I just noticed I was in Wish Refugees.
My ingame name is Raol. I believe he was a 22 Cleric last I checked. I'm Eastern Time, US. So I'm usually on evenings or late nights. I haven't played in 5 days though. Between College and the "Perma-bug", I've lost interest in playing...for now.

Cleric is hella slow to lvl now. I die a lot despite my little battle routine. Cleric's a support player, and since group fxp blows...no one wants to group! :(
So that's another reason I've put SoG on the back-burner. I'd compare leveling cleric atm to Lvl8-10 BLM (if anyone's played Final Fantasy XI).

I'd start a new character but the newbie zones are cleared out by "high levels". My archer got killed by a Lvl40 Pig amongst 1s and 2s, what's up with that??

Oh and Rufus...you said to PM you in game...but what's your in-game name? Rufus? Lordrufus? lol
