Southern Cross Guild Fort Built!

Well guys after having to start a new character and hours of flying around the guild fort has been built! I am scouring the forums to find out how to invite everyone to it so that you have an instant teleport point that is a fair way from the starter island.

Look out for guild chat messages (not sure if it is working properly) but yesterday I messaged Stoo and Fujiko but received no replies :(

Yeah the guild chat seems dodgy at the best of times, I've messaged members several times and never got a reply...

Well after reading http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Dark_And_Light itr seems I cannot invite people because in keeping with the "you can't teleport to somewhere you haven't been before" you need to make your way to the fort and request an invite.

Soooooooooo I need to be able to tell you where the fort is but not the whole world (don't want any Dark seiging us just yet). I'll PM everyone with the directions. And yes it is a looooooooooooooooooooooooong flight from newbie island, but once I have done the accepting you can teleport there at any time. Which is a major time saver.

Yay! :dance: - Fujiko and Keros made it to the fort last night and can now teleport there whenever they like. Haven't seen many others on and the game is experiencing some amazing uptimes now so if you want to take another look it isn't a bad time to do it.

Hunting around the fort is not bad and every day is bringing new and interesting animals out of the ground...literally!

And who is in-game nick Lupus? Ive accepted you to the guild in-game but need to know your guild name.

ah crap lol just read the patch notes, now i need to work on another light char who is light sided :p ah well hopefully the game runs better after this downtime and patch

OK we have a small fort issue crop up with the new fort building elements.

1. The fort is in the same place but you will need to re-attune to it (sorry!). In thinking that "destroy fort" just removed the elements and allowed a rebuild I was sorely mistaken! :(

2. In destroying the fort the 10K+ goth I invested in it also went and so I cannot afford to complete the walls at this time. Any donations gratefully accepted

I have logged a ticket to see if I can get the cash back, but I am not holding my breath.

Is the Fort still in the same location I Scouted the area a little while ago and couldn't locate it.

Fort is where it was for the second location. I don't know if you made it to the second location (the first location was beside a lake).
