Are goal is not to become the biggest guild at first. What we have in mind is building a smaller more stable clan and growing overtime. In my experiences clans that grow to fast almost always tend to implode on their own mass due to arguments uncommon views and most certainly goals. With this is mind recruiting will be done a little bit different the most guilds.
Ventrilo will be a requirement(for those that don't know Ventrilo is a voice over I.P. client which allows individuals to talk---Yes this is free for you) . Ventrilo's benefits are as simple as easier communication between guild members and voice is more personal then just some simple text making you friends and not just guild mates.
Individuals will not only be invited for having high lvls or certain characters but also how they get along with everyone in the guild.
There are many types of guilds that I have seen. Guilds ranging from very large numbers to very small ones. Some with high lvl players and some with low lvl players. Great guilds on the otherhand are far and few between and this is because of guilds rushing to be the biggest or with the highest lvls. Great guilds are great because each individual in that guild stands behind the other.. and all behind there Guild.
