the beta is by invite only at the moment - so like Naar said - fill out your beta profile and then get involved in the community and fingers crossed you'll get an invitation.

If you're after more information about the game the dev-chats are the best place to look - these are logs of the community chats with the developers and have been archived on the SoF (http://www.sofdnl.com) web site.
