The Story
The first part of this post is IC (in-character - aka RolePlay)
As Lord Feste paced the halls of the fortress, his demeanour thickens to that of a black thunder cloud.
"HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN!" He bellows, with no one to hear but the thick stone walls.
He passes the window and looks out over the plains leading to northern Agnars, where the dark-magic users have their strongholds thinking
"Dragoon will fall, we of Mystical Awakening have all foreseen this, but the rise of the dark-magic users cannot be left unchecked. But HOW... HOW did this happen. Four apprentices, destroyed by Gothar knows only what. Destroyed, their souls not even left in death's kingdom to pull back to our realm, it's not good - their souls have gone it must be believed."
Lord Feste moves on from the window, his pace becoming more rapid as he reaches the door to the hall next door.
The occupants of the hall look up, a little startled, as the imposing figure of Feste barges through into their conversation
"We must replace these apprentices" once again in his booming voice "SEND OUT THE MESSAGE." The group in the hall scatter, leaving the hall by the north, east, south and west.
"Good" thinks Feste "that outta do it"
The Apprentice
**OOC** (out of character AKA not-role-play)
Mystical Awakening are, for the first time this year, opening their doors for new recruits.
To be eligible for this round of candidature in our guild we ask that you meet the following criteria:
1) You are light(!)
2) You have teamspeak installed and are familiar with the rudimentary operation of the programme
3) You must be a regular player, even if you don't play for hours at one time, it is preferable that you log on most days
4) You are of reasonably mature character.
4a)No age restrictions.
5) You know how to log in to IRC channels
6) We have no limits on class or race, we'd like to offer our apprenticeships to those who have recently joined the game and are without a guild, but if you've been playing for some time we'll still chat with you.
If you are interested then please PM me, Lord Feste, on these forums with your in-game name and suggest a time that we can meet in-game to chat to tell you more details about the apprenticeship.
The Offer

MA is a long established DnL guild. We have been active in SoG since the first days and can offer good experiences for many types of play styles. We are amongst the most regularly active guilds in SoG.
We have a solid PvP base, and often participate in seiges of either our own devising or with our light allies from all around the current game map. We are mostly lvl 35 players who have a good grasp of the workings of SoG and are willing to help the new recruits to get to grips with the game in the small amount of time between now and the release of DnL.
Our timezones are mostly in EU and US/Canada, but we do have other representatives.
MA enjoy good relationships with many guilds in SoG, and hope that by joining, we can offer you a place in the heart of the politics developing in-game.
Please note, should the level of interest be greater than we anticipate, we will limit the spaces to four new members in total, as this will allow our new recruits and our existing members to ensure the recruits' are all given ample opportunity to participate in guild events, activity and general banter!
