when you have shadow in your name it usally means your a bad man (aka the darkside young jedi) :casstet: Actually, one of the nice things about Dark and Light is that Dark doesn't necessarily mean evil and Light does not naturally mean good. Maybe the developers wanted to add some depth to the Good & Evil system, maybe they just didn't want to be accused of being racists ;)

it is just a side you chose....but the dark side is more for the tretcherous evil type's and the light good and helping.

You will notice alot of differences in the sides when open beta hits. The ligh side is gona be a little more welcomeing, the players will be more in light of spirit. As many have noticed people mostly RP after the image they have of themselfs. Hince the reason most people are darkelf's and are assholes in game. This is why I see the dark side being more of do it yourself and fend for yourself only (with the exception of a few dark guilds). This is just my opinion but it seems to hold water in most MMORPG's.

As they are just 2 different types of magic, where the name is derived from the moon fragment it draws power from. So you can expect to see evil Lights and Good Darks, even some who don't want anything to do with alignment battles.
