Reguirements:
1) A basic knowledge of Elvish to ensure that we can talk at least a bit private and the nubs won't betray us!
2) Total agreement with the Thieves Code of Honor. i.e. Don't give other names etc.
3) Fill in the Joining List in The Rogue Squadron Section.
