heres a story/tip for all you young cooks.
I was hungry and my family made some ethnic orka so I decided to go with the old pasta. I get ready and i fill the pan wit pasta and water and wait. keep waiting... waiting.. waiting. Viola done. i decide to get the sauce now, and what do I figure out. No pasta sauce.
So i try to make my own. I mean how hard coul dit be, it's just tomatoes. So i look up a veggie recipe cuz i don't eat beef but i don't wanna go thorough the trouble of defrosting meat. I add sum oil, diced onions (was gonna add garlic but thought I would use garlic spread.) add tomatoes. i come to the seasoning now
Add salt, peper then theres two that i know I don't have, basil and oregeno. So what do i do. I add the only seasoning i have, MORE GALIC SPREAD, MORE GALIC SPREAD!
I let it simmer and it smells like c r a p ! Lke how it smells in an aparment because of all the food. You know what that is, it's the smell of all those foods and C R A P! Well that was a waste of 3 tomatoes and I didn;t even taste it!
I finally decide to use pizza sauce! what a bust!
Lesson 1: check if you have sauce or check if you KNOW how to make sauce before cooking pasta!
Lesson2: Don't try to make pasta sauce if you never have. Directions don't work if you can't follow them!
