Thumbnails...how to?

I've seen folks post thumbnails of screenshots in thier thread...

could I get some input on how you do that?

usually I just upload to my server and use the [img] tags....would ike to know the thumbnail way

the manage attachments button doesn't do anything when I click it.

thanks for any input in advance...
