With DnL down, what is now the largest MMO world?

I know Darkfall claims to be the largest, but it's not quite out yet. With DnL gone, and not including Darkfall, what is now the largest MMO world out there? I sadly came to DnL about one day too late; and was unable to play it. I wanted to, due to it having the largest world out there.

Hands off, Battleground Europe/ww2online.
They modeled the whole Benelux+west part of Germany + top half of France + England at a 1:2 scale. And this modelisation was useful, to make the air war realist.
Great job they did (though the naval game sucks badly)

Well, we should restrict the discussion to seamless worlds, since loading zones (AoC) or loading map parts (Vanguard) aren't just the same as a seamless world. As far as I know there are not much seamless worlds out there, at least for the mmorpg genre.

For the seamless genre, Battleground Europe is still on.
Circa 2006, the "populated" zone (with towns, woods, berms, things like that) went from Köln to E england, and from Verdun to the Albert Canal (if I remember correctly). That makes around ... 400 km EW, and 200 km NS ?

Darkfall claims to be the biggest and it IS large. But, it just doesn't come close to Dark and Light. Especially with all the kingdoms open.

And battleground europe is really shitty. lol. no offence. but it has so much lag and it really lacks content in those populated areas. :(
Dark and Light had much more content and quests. Albeit, there wasnt enough people to play on the server and fill it up.

Man.. you guys remember the stress test? Those few days were AWESOME!

Errrrr ... the main purpose of BE is to splash your enemy with every weapon available circa 1940. Why would you need quests to run your tank over the dead bodies ?
(although the lag is indeed a problem. Sometimes it's ok, sometimes you see planes warping ...)
Of course, this is not a RPG at all, and it is aimed mainly at the flight/tank/infantry simmers - the audience is quite small :)

For MMORPGs, I don't quite know. Darkfall promised to be large, but sources are not clear ; SWG maybe ?
