Wow. Let me unpick the assumptions you might have made to get to that point

1) That the non-china market is important enough to SnailGames that they will put full marketing efforts in to a game that is released in Q4 2012, when they haven't even officially announced anything relating to the game outside of China (correct me if I'm wrong here)
2) That their marketing process has even kicked of in CHINA let alone anywhere else
3) That we should expect to hear anything on this forum, which by rights, is amazing that it even exists after all this time.
4) That no news is bad news. We're used to continuous Hype. Would be nice to think that maybe SnailGames are working damn hard on the game trying to get something amazing ready.
5) That if there had been a delay, one of the bilingual forum members with access to Chinese press had read the news of a delay, but not bothered to communicate it to us because they were worried we might cry.

There are many reasons why we haven't heard anything.

im amazed people still come here X3 odds are its names changed again and hiding somewhere in development again. Wish i was Bill Gates...i would buy DnL, hire programmers to change its graphics to something like in Elder scrolls skyrim, add as many different skill as in runescape, implement pvp skills and arenas like guildwars has, make official offline bot, double the size of the map so i can go deep in the forest where ill train myself "to get stronger" and after couple month of training pop out from bushes on my ultra black king dragon who can blast fire like a titan from eve online ...oh and when you die you loose everything.
