Okay ive played almost every mmorpg out there...... well not every one but at least 50. I know how people play and what they tend to do and some serious problems. The first thing i look for is characters. You should be able to make your character perfectly unique otherwise the world will be filled with clones. Second monsters are always important you should have alot but not to a great extent. For example Black Moon Chronicles great game but monsters are either extremely weak for your lvl but still gain lots of exp or they are too hard providing no challenge. There is also a problem with their total numbers. Some games will throw you into a battle with over 15 monsters at a time just to make it seem more challenging but then again they lower monster strength. Then theres the games that have so few monsters that it takes forever to find one and then when you do its either too strong or gives little exp. Then theres the theifs and pks. Sure this is all good and fun but not to all extent. Look at Helbreath were you are in your main towers training room and the other towns guys rush in kill everyone and camp there so you cant lvl and you have to fear going anyway even in blacksmith shops. Thats just silly. Finally walking out killing a rabbit and picking up a purse full of gold. Ragnarok online comes with a great idea here. you kill a enemy you can pick up some feature of it toe skin arm or bone etc etc etc something they would ACTUALLY have. Finally then theirs the lamers look at Endless ages for example. Newbie charcter- kill flobs get jetpack gun and ammo fly up to a wall and kill monsters otherwise too strong to for you and they cant reach you. Asherons Call 2 tried to fix this with the old every monster range thing but thats stupid as well so that should be limited. OH and then theres god players who run around and kill everything in a low lvl zone and then when you go there to fight they are just waiting there to kill the respawning monsters. This is the worst thing of all and im sure you all understand what i mean. Well i hope you guys take my suggestions seriously. this game has the best promise of a mmorpg ive ever seen. In mmorpg i tend to be a merchant so keep up the trade skills (best done in UO) but be more willing for housing in 80% of the UO servers YOU CANT PLACE A HOUSE ANYWHERE!!! and as a merchant YOUR IN TROUBLE! there goes 500 hours down the drain............ well i hope to play this so keep up the good fight!
