Dark and Light communication..

Well it is said in the FAQ that darks and lights will be able to trade with eachother but i was wondering since the two Kingdoms Dark and Light are forbideen to the opposite side how will trading be possible ? Does it mean that the trading and communication between dark and Light will be allowed only in the pvp zone ? Does it mean that we will be able to speak with ennemies and not just kill them (unlike DAOC where you couldnt understanf the other realms languages...) ?
