KDS - Keepers of the DarkSide


Founded 29 October 2003 in SWG.
Top number of players 324 (accounts) in 2004 in SWG.
Awards:
- Best Guild of Chimaera Server 2004.
- Best Imperial Guild of CHimaera Server 2004.
- Best city of Chimaera 2004.

During its stay on Chimaera KDS was the upholder of the flag for the whole Imperial faction. The city we have built was the biggest on the server with more then 400 buildings and also the best Imperial fortress that lasted trough countinuous attacks for more then a year. At our departure we had to autodistroy one of our bases that was actualy placed when we founded the city, meaning that it lasted undestroyed for a year and a half.

KDS afterwards migrated to EQ2 then to WoW.
At this moment KDS is among the top guilds on the Warsong server with 427+ characters / 270 accounts.
During its existence KDS gathered a player pool base of over 1000 players and many will rejoin for the DNL migration of KDS.

Our principles:
- We play the role of the flagholder for our faction which is always the Dark one.
- We build high and strong and we defend our teritory.
- We practice an active defense system, attacking and conquering, forming alliances and large armies.
- Our structure is military based with army corps, companies, squads and military ranks. The whole system is based on military discipline and strategy in order to be able to organise and control large numbers of soldiers on the battlefield.
- KDS is obviously not a "Democracy" the system is 100% based on the chain of command. Whoever applies for membership will have to keep this in mind.
- We provide all the standard military gear and supplies for our soldiers and we use an advanced production system managed by an entire Civil-Corp which is organised also by military structure and rules.
- We provide training for our recruits and all the KDS members have training courses to follow.
- We aim for the best, but we do not rush, we build slow and strong and defend to the last man standing.

Our goal is to provide "fun" for our members organising a strong guild to support our efforts, planning events and military actions often and with high chances of succes. The guild is for mature players in seek of a smart way to play their avatars.
Our values are organisation, discipline, respect, dignity and power.
